This olive oil is produced by a Greek family, who have been producing olive oil for generations, originating from the Peloponnesse mountains, a village called Ertos, near Kalamata in south Greece. The mountain olives always make the better tasting olive oil, and produce a peppery, fresh, creamy taste, and has a very clean, green colour.

The olive oil is called first cold press, meaning its been pressed slowly and the temperature has been kept down, so therefore giving the best flavour.
